		<description>Yes Lia!  Isn&#039;t it amazing when you complete a task that you were certain you wouldn&#039;t be able to complete! When you set a difficult goal and then step out way beyond all the boundaries you had set in your own head.

That&#039;s so exhilarating!  That is life at it&#039;s BEST!!!

		<description>Today was the Chicago Marathon and it was inspiring to see people cross the finish line after SEVEN hours...I hope they have gained a higher level of confidence in themselves.  I can enumerate about 3 or 4 times where I didn&#039;t take the easy way and threw caution to the wind. It fills me with an underlying confidence to know that I may be able to do what needs to be done when circumstances demand. It&#039;s a comforting self-knowledge.</description>
