HI Gayle:

The only thing that seems to sometimes work for me is tell myself everyday: "I did my very best and that's all I can do." and then let it go. I make a list of what I hope to do tomorrow, and then go fix dinner.

I want to find better methods of self-acceptance in this regard. Becoming a writer really showed me how hard I am on myself!

I was hoping you had the answer. No, I don't. I always feel like I come up short in productivity. As a writer, I'm suppose to write every day and see the fruits of my labor. But lately, as I venture into new revenue producing areas, I find myself missing my daily writing goals. I'm searching for that peace in meeting small goals each day. But, it's hard. Nope... I'm desperately seeking that peace.
