I’m all into accessing joy – so understanding and dealing with anger is extremely appropriate. Well stated, Laura Lee!

I have been on medication for depression for years. but recently I didn’t have enought money to pick up my medication. Durning this peroid, I have found myself flying into rage over anything I thought was unfair or silly. I don’t know where all this rage is coming from. Do you?
