I just started the Vivelle patch in November and ever since I have had itchy and painful nipples. Could this be because of the Vivelle Patch?? I have been on Premarin for 10 years but when I had a estrodial test it was very low like 17 and 2 months after the Vivelle patch my estrodial is 64. Could this Vivelle Patch be my problem???

Green tea and coconut oil, while healthy in many respects, do not build up good bacteria. Coconut oil has a component that helps kill off small amounts of candida, but it does not “build up good bacteria”. And green tea doesn’t either. Many such copied and pasted falacies are out there online, causing candida sufferers to spend time on the wrong products, thinking they are building good bacteria. Now plain yogurt, and probiotic capsules, those of course do build good bacteria.
