I wish it were that easy. I'd love to be able to "Let go and Let God". It's just not that simple. Yes, we can attempt to simplify our lives but in the long run we have so much responsibility that there is not enough time in the day. I do resolve to try to take that extra step and do what is best for Me. I just hope I have the energy. Here is an article I'd encourage anyone to read that has great tips on making the most of our time...http://www.silverplanet.com/health/stress-reduction/new-years-resolutions/39744 and to possibly forgive someone that has wronged you.

Right on, Laura. We have been given a wonderful, unique life. It is incumbent upon us to make the most of it. The old saying about lemons into lemonade comes to mind.

I invite your readers to visit my blog, DrinkingOutOfTheTrough.com to see my take on life.

I hope you and the puppy are doing well.

I prefer to think of life as a journey rather than a battle. Why all the confrontation? There are challenges and obstacles to overcome and resolve. and moments of clarity when your breathe is short and you stop huffing and puffing. Yes, while I may be in a deep valley now, I know that all roads eventually rise up for a view of the sun.

Here! Here! You said it. We have all we need WITHIN. Simple concept. Along with this attitude of gratitude, I am adopting a resolve - a serious resolve - to hold a Nike mindset.

" Just do it."

About everything that matters, not just exercise. Make that phone call, send that query, take that walk, reduce, reuse, and recycle. Again, a simple concept, not a long list. I'll let you know next year how it went!
